Visual Artists and Craft Artists The Umbrella in Concord is currently accepting applications from visual artists and craft artists for their annual three-day Winter Market sale. Learn more.
Deadline: June 12, 2015

Young Theatre Professionals The Vilcek Foundation will award three prizes of $50,000 each to young theatre professionals who demonstrate outstanding early achievement. Includes: Playwright and Book Writer, Director, Actor, Designer for sets, costumes, lights, projections/video, sound, and/or puppetry, Composer and Lyricist, Choreographer Learn more.
Deadline: June 15, 2015 (5:00pm EDT)

Craft Artists Mentor Program  Applications are now being accepted for the Society of Arts and Crafts’ Mentor Program. Three to four artists will be selected to participate in the Mentor Program. Participants attend a series of training meetings at SAC and work with each other, artist mentors, and show management to design a shared, subsided booth at CraftBoston Holiday. Training topics include: booth design, marketing, pricing and selling of work, legal and insurance issues, and portfolio development. Accepted media include baskets, ceramics, decorative fiber, wearable fiber, jewelry, metal, paper, and wood. Artist Residency The Arteles special theme residency program in Finland is currently accepting applications from artists and creators of the future, particularly Sci-Fi, new media, electronic sound, design, literature, visual arts, conceptual art, and science. Residencies last from 1 to 2 months. Learn more.
Deadline: June 17, 2015

Public Artists Cambridge Arts is seeking qualifications from artists and designers interested in creating temporary site-responsive public artwork(s) of variable duration. The site will be a newly constructed King Open Elementary and Cambridge Street Upper Schools in East Cambridge, to be completed by 2019. The City seeks artists and designers with public art experience and encourages artist-led interdisciplinary teams. The $325,000 commission will cover all services from design through final installation/implementation, including artist fee, travel, community meetings, fabrication, insurance, transportation, installation, and coordination with City staff. Performing Ensembles The Aaron Copland Fund for Music is accepting proposals for its Performing Ensembles Program in order to support performing organizations whose artistic excellence encourages and improves public knowledge and appreciation of serious contemporary American music. Grants range from $1,000 to $20,000.  Learn more.
Deadline: June 30, 2015

Call for Art The Boston LGBTQIA Artist Alliance (BLAA) is seeking submissions in all media for their 2015 exhibition. The show is tentatively slated to take place at subsamson of Samson Projects (samsonprojects.com) at 450 Harrison Avenue during the late summer/early fall. Learn more.
Deadline: July 1, 2015 (midnight)

Call for Artists The Oxbow Gallery in Northampton is currently accepting applications for new members. The Oxbow Gallery is an artist owned and operated gallery with 39 members showcasing a variety of fine art techniques and mediums including painting, sculpture, photography and installation. Learn more.
Deadline: Drop off July 11 and 12, 2015 noon until 5 p.m.
