Governor’s Budget: $9.6 Million for Arts and Culture

Yesterday, Governor Deval Patrick released his fiscal year 2014 budget proposal, calling for an investment of $9.6 million in the arts, humanities, and sciences through the Massachusetts Cultural Council (MCC).
