Call to Fiber Artists The Worcester State University’s Mary Cosgrove Dolphin Gallery welcomes artists’ entries for their juried exhibition Interconnected: A Fiber Show. Exhibition dates: February 2nd through March 18th. Artists have used FIBER in art physically and conceptually in various ways over the years. This call for art is an opportunity for artists to explore the possibilities of FIBER through various media and styles. Artists are invited to put their own spin on FIBER, redefine it, explore it, and create works that allow the viewer to experience it in new ways.

Provincetown Community Compact Dune Shack Residencies The Provincetown Compact Compact announces 2023 dune shack residency applications are now open. The Compact is offering residencies for C-Scape and Fowler Dune Shacks in the Cape Cod National Seashore. Call to Artists The Cultural Center of Cape Cod in South Yarmouth invites artists to submit artwork to their exhibition Kinetic (March 7–April 8, 2023). This call is open to artists both amateur and professional. Work needs to have been produced within the last five years. All styles and aesthetics are considered. The Cultural Center is a public non-profit art center open to everyone; as such, the content of submissions should be appropriate for all viewers. Small Arts Organization Grants The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) grant guidelines and application materials are now available for the Challenge America Grants. These grants to organizations support specific projects in any part of the nation’s 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. jurisdictions. Challenge America offers support primarily to small organizations for projects in all artistic disciplines that extend the reach of the arts to groups/communities with rich and dynamic artistic and cultural contributions to share that are underserved. Challenge America features an abbreviated application, a robust structure of technical assistance, and grants for a set amount of $10,000. Grants require a cost share/match of $10,000 consisting of cash and/or in-kind contributions. Total project costs must be at least $20,000 or greater. Learn more.
