Request for Curatorial Proposals The Department of Conservation and Recreation’s (DCR) Historic Curatorship Program is now accepting proposals to lease the building and property at 12 Brainard Street, Hyde Park, Boston, located in the DCR’s Stony Brook Reservation. In exchange for a lease, Curators must preserve and maintain this historically significant building. The Request for Proposals (RFP) includes detailed information about the property, the DCR’s leasing requirements, the Historic Curatorship Program, and more important information about this opportunity. Historic Curatorship Program Staff will hold two open houses to view and inspect the property: Saturday, September 26th, from 10am-12pm and Tuesday October 6th, from 4-6pm.
