The seventh Massachusetts Poetry Festival will be held May 1-3, 2015 in downtown Salem, Massachusetts.
The festival is a schedule of events, workshops, performances, and readings organized by Mass Poetry (if you ride the T, you may have experienced the awesome handiwork of Mass Poetry during your travels).
The 2015 event’s headlining poets include past MCC Fellows Regie Gibson and Richard Hoffman along with Rita Dove, Richard Blanco, Stephen Burt, Nick Flynn, Marge Piercy, and more. And the action-packed schedule includes Maria Luisa Arroyo, Sally Bellerose, Patrick Donnelly, Amy Dryansky, Christine Ernst, Danielle Legros Georges, D M Gordon, Greg Hischak, Frannie Lindsay, Lynne Potts, J.D. Scrimgeour, Karen Skolfield, Daniel Tobin, Andi Werblin, and many, many other superb literary artists.
