Mass. Open Studios Apr-Jun 19

Open studios events are great opportunities to experience and support artists working in your very own neighborhood. Check out these April, May, and June Open Studios events in Massachusetts*.

    LuminArtz, a Boston based non-profit who supports local artists will present a collection of nine watercolors of iconic Holllywood Actors painted by local artist Lia Burke, Lia’s routes began in Chestnut Hill MA.

    In collaboration with National Amusements, Planeta Design and Studio HHH, Lia’s artwork will be on display at The Cinema Luxe Movie Theater in Chestnut Hill on Rt 9 beginning May 1st through the summer.

    Lia’s paintings will also be animated by artist Pamela Hearst from Studio HHH in Somerville and displayed on the cinema size screen in The Cinema Luxe Lobby where you can enjoy dinner and original art while waiting for your movie to start.

    Fenway Studios is having a one day Open Studio (in addition to there annual weekend Open Studios in November) on Sunday, May 5th 11am-5 pm. Information at http://www.Fenwaystudios.org
