Craft Artists The Fitchburg Art Museum’s annual Regional Exhibition of Art & Craft (June 20, 2026 – September 13, 2026) is one of the longest-running juried exhibitions in New England. This tradition at the Fitchburg Art Museum spotlights the artists and crafters of our region by providing a museum environment for their work and connecting them with fellow creators, patrons, and art enthusiasts. The First Prize winner will have a solo exhibition alongside The 91st Regional Exhibition of Art & Craft in 2027. Call for Artists Request for Qualifications is a national call for a Public Art commission for the University of Rhode Island’s Narragansett Bay Campus Ocean Robotics Laboratory. The budget for artwork is $140,000. This RFQ is the first step in the public art selection process. Note: Do not submit a specific proposal. You will submit your qualifications (examples of previous work and resume). After a review of qualifications, the selection committee will invite the finalists to visit the campus. New England Filmmakers New England filmmakers are encouraged to apply to the LEF New England Flaherty Film Seminar Fellowship. The Flaherty Film Seminar takes place this year on October 8-11, 2026 in Marlboro, Vermont, near the Flaherty Farm where the seminar was first started by Robert and Frances Flaherty over 70 years ago. The seminar is a great opportunity for film artists to connect with programmers, scholars, and other filmmakers from around the globe.
