Artists are invited to attend Grant Writing for Artists (a free workshop) on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM. The workshop is hosted by Practice Best Practice, New Bedford Art Museum, New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park, New Bedford Creative, S & G Project Gallery, and Co-Creative Center New Bedford.
Mina Kim, Program Officer, Community Initiative, and Kelly Bennett, Exhibitions Curator/Program Officer, Artist Fellowships, will lead an online presentation on the nuts and bolts of applying to grant programs for MA artists. They will focus primarily on grant programs and resources for individual artists as provided by the Mass Cultural Council.
The workshop is free but advance registration is required. Slots are limited so please only register if you plan to attend (see the ticket link). The workshop well be held as a Zoom meeting.
