Massachusetts Cultural Council Artist Fellowships in Crafts, Sculpture/Installation, and Dramatic Writing  Hey wait a minute, these MCC fellowships are administered by us here at ArtSake! Exhibition Proposals The South Shore Art Center in Cohasset is currently accepting exhibition proposals for their 2014-2015 season. Learn more.

Local Cultural Council Grants
Applications are now being accepted for grant applications for the Local Cultural Council’s (LCC) 2013 grant funding cycle. There are 351 Local Cultural Councils in Massachusetts. Please be sure to check the local city/town’s LCC webpage for specific guidelines (note each LCC has it’s own guidelines).
Deadline: October 15, 2012

Poets, Poetry Organizations, Presses, and Editors Proposal submissions are now being accepted for The Fifth Massachusetts Poetry Festival to be held May 3-5, 2013, in Salem, Massachusetts. Learn more.
Deadline: October 30, 2012

Filmmakers WAM! Boston Film Festival 2013 is currently accepting entries of both short and feature-length films in all genres for a two-day film festival, focusing on films by and about women. The festival will be held on March 23 and 24, 2013 at the Brattle Theater in Cambridge, MA. All subjects are welcome. Learn more.
Deadline: November 2, 2012

Drawing Entries are now being accepted by the University of North Carolina Asheville’s S. Tucker Cooke Gallery for a national juried exhibition of contemporary drawing. They are looking for drawing through both conventional and innovative methods. The juror is Susan Hauptman. Learn more.
Deadline: November 5, 2012 (postmark); November 16, 2012 for online submissions

Potential Artist Guild Members The Dedham Square Artist Guild is looking for new applicants interested in becoming members of the Guild. The Guild is a year-round arts cooperative located on High Street in historic Dedham Square. Members share the responsibilities and expenses of running the Guild, and informally act as a support group for fellow artists. Many members are full-time professionals who find cooperatives a welcome addition to help strengthen their participation in an artistic community. Learn more. Email with questions.
