Photography Lynn Arts has a call for work for the upcoming show Capturing Time. The juror is Ron DiRito, Chair of the the Photography and Video Department, Montserrat College of Art. Jurying will be done from the actual work. All work must be delivered and picked up. All work must be original, ready for hanging or display and have been completed in the past 3 years. Learn more.

Visual Artists The Real Colegio Complutense (RCC) is calling all local visual artists to participate in its second annual art exhibit whose theme is Spain. The RCC was created in 1990 by Harvard University and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain) for promoting academic, scientific and cultural cooperation between both Universities and other Spanish universities and institutions. This 2011 exhibit is also part of Harvard’s Arts First events, a series of artistic activities taking place at Harvard University from April 28-May 1, 2011. Learn more.

Photography The Griffin Museum of Photography has a call for entries for their 17th Juried Exhibition. Arthur Griffin Legacy Awards: $1,000 and $500. The juror is Debra Klomp Ching. Read more.

3D Work The DeCordova Sculpture Park and Museum’s Corporate Program is now accepting submissions of 3D works to be exhibited at Corporate Member locations. A series of work (8-10 pieces) are to be shown in glass vitrines for 6-month long exhibition periods. Required materials include 10-20 jpeg images (no more than 300 dpi) of 3D work, slide list (including titles, medium, and dimensions), artist statement, artist resume, artist biography. Call for Exhibition Proposals The Haydon Art Center in Lincoln, Nebraska, is now accepting proposals for solo and/or group exhibitions for the full 2012 calendar. Haydon exhibitions are scheduled year round and include solo exhibitions, thematic shows, site-specific/interactive installations, and national juried exhibitions. The art center also sponsors exhibition receptions, artist talks, educational outreach, workshops, readings, music, dance, and other cultural programs as part of its mission to engage the community in contemporary art.
