Art Writing Workshop Kolaj Institute’s Art Writing Workshop is a four-week virtual program for artists who want to strengthen how they write about their work. Through presentations, discussions, readings, and exercises, participants develop artist statements, bios, proposals, reviews, and object descriptions. Call for Artists The Dedham Art Association and the Wellesley Society of Artists, in collaboration with the Charles River Watershed Association, invite New England area artists to apply for the early 2027 exhibition, A Charles River Journey: 80 Artists, 80 Miles. Artists living in New England and students enrolled in New England universities, are invited to submit one original two-dimensional work that shares their visual impressions of the Charles River—from its meandering natural landscapes to the diverse communities it connects, and its vital role as both a recreational and ecological resource.
