Call for Artists The Dedham Square Artist Guild  has announced an open Artist Challenge, inviting Eastern Massachusetts artists working in all mediums to submit work for an exhibition addressing the theme of “BIG”. Public Art Artists/teams to apply for the Broad Avenue Water Tower Public Art Project in Memphis, TN, which will lead to the installation of a public piece on the water tower-transforming water tower into a work of public art. The water tower concept could include lighting or other innovative 2D or 3D concepts beyond a mural design. Budget: $70,000. Finalists will receive $1,000 honoraria for proposal development. Call to Artists The Mass Audubon’s Moose Hill Gallery is accepting submissions for their upcoming juried exhibit Open to Interpretation. Artists  Vendor registration is now open on a  first come, first serve basis for the Trustees of Eliot Hall/Footlight Club and UFORGE Gallery’s Annual Holiday Art & Craft Fair on Saturday, December14, 2013 from 11am-6pm at Eliot Hall, 7A Eliot Street, Jamaica Plain, MA. The 1-day event will include artists and fine crafters alike selling their work to last minute holiday shoppers. Artists can reserve a 1-day 6’x6′ space that will accommodate a 24″ x 72″ rectangle table. Wall space is not available so artists are encouraged to bring their own wall displays. Marketing materials will be sent out once the registration period is complete. Learn more.

Photographers The Griffin Museum is currently accepting entries from members for their Winter Solstice Show. Artwork must be framed and be 16″ x 20″ and under in size. 2D and 3D photo based art will be accepted. Learn more.
