Artist Preference for Rental Units at Appleton Mills
Appleton Mills in Lowell, MA, will award Artist Preferences for rental units to applicants selected by the Artist Selection Board. The community features a four-story atrium with gallery, a fitness center, laundry, community lounge w/WIFI, storage, loading docks, and more. There are over 30 unique floor plans with hardwood floors, granite countertops, high ceilings, and large windows and entrances.

Earthdance: Beautiful, Rustic Setting for Creative Retreats
Earthdance is an artist-run workshop, residency, and retreat center located in the Berkshire hills of Western Massachusetts. Throughout the year, Earthdance is available to host events and group or personal retreats. The 125 acres of land and facilities provide a beautiful and rustic retreat environment. Loft Style Artist Studios at Union Crossing in Lawrence
Lawrence Community Works in Lawrence, MA is offering 28 loft-style work studios for artists and artisans. Studios feature tall ceilings, large windows, hardwood floors, community classroom, gallery, kitchen and bathroom, with access to fitness center. Free parking and close to commuter rail.
