November 4, 2013 Leave a Comment

While MCC’s ArtistLink Initiative is being re-worked, creative space opportunities that previously would have been listed on artspacefinder.org are going to be shared here on ArtSake.

Here are the most recent as of November 4, 2013:

HIGHLY VISIBLE STOREFRONT WITH LARGE 2-3 BEDROOM APARTMENT ABOVE

For sale in Housatonic, MA

For sale in Housatonic, MA. Perfect for live/work/create. Or, utilize one of the spaces, and enjoy rental income from the other.

An excellent investment in a village in the midst of revitalization. Learn more. Contact Tom Lynch, Associate Broker, Massachusetts, New York and Connecticut, Berkshire Property Agents, Great Barrington

ART STUDIO RENTAL SHARE IN SOUTH BOSTON

I am a painter and would like to share my studio with another painter. Half the space would be approx 250 sq.’ with 12′ ceiling. It is very light and has access to bathrooms and a slop sink. It is in a commercial building in South Boston with other creative people. If interested please email Carolyn Nelson.

If you’re interested in listing a Massachusetts creative space on ArtSake, send details to us. If you’re interested in finding one, check posts tagged in the blog’s creative space category to find the latest listings.
