Located on the 2nd floor, this bright studio has natural light from a full wall of north-facing windows; an exposed white brick wall; an exposed 9.5' concrete ceiling; part concrete/part original hardwood flooring; fluorescent lighting; a sink and a window A/C. It's phone/data ready (Comcast Business or Astound) and is convenient to the common restrooms and freight elevators.

Rents are gross, plus separately metered electric. That means no separate charges for taxes, trash pickup, snow removal, etc.; Tenant pays the same rent every month, plus electric.

Building services include on-site property management and support staff offering 24/7 coverage; daily cleaning of common areas, FREE first-come, first served parking (2 lots); FREE heat; a vending cafe with a "sweetgreen Outpost"; a passenger elevator; 2 freight elevators and loading docks; outdoor bike racks; security cameras at building entrances and parking lots; a USPS parcel area on the 1st floor w/daily pickup; a USPS and Fedex box with daily pickup outside the building's front entrance; and daily delivery by all carriers.
Located inAllston, we're just off the Mass Turnpike Cambridge/Allston exit and are convenient to downtown Boston, Cambridge, Route 128 and Logan Airport. We're within 5 minutes walking distance to a variety of local restaurants, shops, businesses, and music and sport venues, including Allston Yards and Boston Landing. The Boston Landing commuter rail stop is literally steps outside ourdoor.
