Artist Studio Workplaces are one block from the commuter rail and express buses, steps from Moody Street Restaurant Row, and close to the river walk.

144 Moody Street, Building 18 – 2nd Floor | Studio 8 (Approx. 1,200 SF)
Spacious second-floor Artist Studio Workplace with hardwood floors, high ceilings, multiple large bright windows, and excellent natural light throughout. Includes a dedicated sink/work area and a flexible open floor plan.

Multi-year commercial lease incremental annual increases. Rent and CAM amounts shown reflect Year One only (Year 1 Rent: $1,725/month | CAM: $50/month).
