Large studio available June 1 start at Station Street Studios, a non-profit artist and maker working space in Brookline Village owned and operated by ArtsBrookline.

Wonderful 200 sq ft rectangular space has 10 ft high ceilings, 3 large windows, and extensive heavy weight storage up high along the back long wall. Excellent for single artists as well as groups of two and three.
24/7 access to the studio, elevator access, heat and AC, bathroom inside the suite and an accessible bathroom in the corridor, insurance, utilities, internet, utility sinks, cleaning supplies, trash and recycling, bicycle storage room, and a welcoming community of artists.

Our building, 9-21 Station Street, is a renovated historic commercial building that has been home to many innovative businesses and artists over the years. Today, there are 5 studio organizations hosting more than 160 artists working in the building at various times. Located across the street from the Brookline Village T Station, close to many bus stops, with street and lot parking all around the neighborhood, we are right around the corner from many small restaurants, coffee shops, and businesses.

Monthly all-inclusive fee is $1,120. $100 returnable cleaning and key deposit.

Stop by our monthly Third Thursday Open Studios from 5 - 8pm. Everyone welcome. Accessible and fun!
