Nestled in the geographic center of Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island, Prudence Pottery studio offers an ideal creative space for experienced potters and ceramics artists devoted to the work. The 20’ by 24’ space is equipped with two wheels, Evenheat electric kiln, a well-stocked inventory of glaze materials, as well as a variety of clay, some still boxed from its purchase at Sheffield Pottery in western Massachusetts. Equipment and tools too numerous to mention include a slab roller, pug mill, scales, brushes, sponges, bats, forms and molds. Desks, extensive reference library, manuals and materials and work tables. Well lit and heated. Overnight accommodations are available.
