More Information

Looking for a person with the right fit/concept to share my storefront/studio space in the heart of SOWA, the art and design district in the South End of Boston. I have an 800 sq ft gallery with floor to ceiling windows on Harrison Avenue. Looking to rent 100 sq. ft with lots of visibility on street level.

This concept works for someone wanting retail visibility and a small work space. Can be a perfect arrangement for a potter or jeweler to use some of the space for work, and some for display. We would be sharing the gallery, which includes a teaching space for you to use, a private restroom and kitchenette.

We are very close to the Sowa Power Station, home to the Sowa Winter Festival. Spring and Summer are very lively with weekend visitors coming for the Sowa Outdoor Market, artist studios and world class art galleries.

My gallery/studio is presently a showcase for handmade textiles. Would love to introduce other handmade crafts into the neighborhood. Let's talk if interested.
Available Feb. 1. Please call or email if interested. 617 527 4456
