Looking for new space for a creative workshop. Space would be used for a number of different crafts including woodworking, leatherwork, painting, sticker making, 3d printing, Arduino (small electronics work), etc.
Looking for a space ~200-400 sqft. Flexible on building type - could be maker/artist building, small garage, or even basement, but I would like it to be a dedicated space. Ideally located in the Cambridge/Somerville area, but open to neighboring areas as well. Typical usage would be after normal working hours and on the weekends. Rent flexible based on space/amenities available.
