Housed in a historic mill building, the renovated Gorse Mill Studios includes 33 work only studios which share a common area gallery, kitchen, bathrooms, loading dock and elevator. The building is ADA compliant and fully sprinklered. Each studio has its own individually controlled HVAC and individually metered electric service. The building is deeded for artist work studios only. Artists of all types are welcome including architects, web designers, landscape architects, writers, graphic artists, illustrators, musicians, photographers, designers and a wide variety of other creative professionals.
Located in a quiet residential area, close to highway access and commuter rail station. Includes ample parking. Convenient to shopping and various services.
