Western Avenue Studios in Lowell
Leases at Western Avenue Studios roll over July 1st. This year we have a small but choice selection of studios available ranging in size from 288 to 860 sf and in price from $216 to $625/month plus electricity and wireless access. We have 14′ ceilings (up to 18′ on parts of the 5th floor) and 8′ walls and plenty of free parking. We have a very active Artist Association, a co-op gallery, a 4,000 sf black box performance space and do First Saturday Open Studios every month.
