May 1, 2014 Leave a Comment

While MCC’s ArtistLink Initiative is being re-worked, creative space opportunities that previously would have been listed on artspacefinder.org are going to be shared here on ArtSake.

Here is the most recent as of May 1, 2014:

Live/Work Condos in New Bedford

At Ropeworks Condominium Building, there are currently two units (4 and 12) available for sale or lease. Both units feature clerestory windows along north sides for incredible light, high ceilings, gallery and a vibrant artist community in a totally rebuilt mill building. Unit 4 is 2300 sq. ft., large open working space and mezzanine and exhaust hood. Unit 12 is 3200 sq. ft. with two huge working studios. Both units feature large additional storage area, modern kitchens, air conditioning, parking, garden and close to super market, expressway, large park, bus stop. Go to theropeworks.org or e-mail nrb@nbuck.com for more information.
