Western Avenue Lofts in Lowell has three lofts available. Second floor lofts are northern exposure – 212 is 1485sf and rents for $1490/month. 218 is 1565sf and rents for $1530/month and First floor loft has southern exposure – 103 is 1585sf and rents for $1545/month.
