Studio Share at Joy Street Studios, Somerville
I am looking for someone to share my studio at Joy Street Studios in Somerville. It is an active, well managed, studio building that participates open studios twice a year. Parking, slop sinks, and a freight elevator are available.
The total studio is 490 square feet, with two large windows, north facing light, and tall ceilings. Around $350 depending on your space needs. First months rent and security deposit required. I am open to sharing with any kind of artist but have allergies to oil paint mediums, so need to share with another non-toxic artist. I generally work 3 week days (not evenings/weekends).
