While MCC’s ArtistLink Initiative is being re-worked, creative space opportunities that previously would have been listed on artspacefinder.org are going to be shared here on ArtSake.

Here is the most recent as of February 12, 2015:

Studio workspace and bedroom available for rent in the Distillery in South Boston

It is a semi-raw live-work artist loft, shared with a couple and two cats. Work studio: spacious, tall, and bright, around 16’x17′ with 20′ ceiling and skylight that receives good daytime sunlight. Great for painting, sculpture, photography, etc. Bedroom: around 12’x15′ and has a closet. Studio connects to the bedroom via a staircase.

Shared spaces include:
– Full kitchen with pantry
– Full bathroom with tub

Rent is $1600 and includes all utilities.
Available March 1st

The Distillery building is an amazing community of creative people located at 516 E. 2nd St. in South Boston.
– Coin laundry in building
– Two freight elevators, one is right outside our door.
– A few blocks to several buses and a 10-15 min walk to Broadway Red Line Station
– Parking options available.
– Galleries in the building and regular openings with curated shows.
– Open-studios twice a year
