Studio Share or Sublet at Gorse Mills
I have rented studio space at Gorse Mills Studio in Needham MA (a restored Mill building) and now am unable to use the space for the duration of my lease. The space will become available mid December. I would be interested in connecting with anyone who may be interested in sharing this space or subletting, possibly taking over the lease. The space is available for under 600.00/month. This is about 200+ sq. ft. with a sink. There is a central gallery and kitchen with bathrooms and wheel chair accessibility, elevators, parking, loading dock and easy access to I-95. My studio is on the lower level and surrounded by potters and a pottery school. Other tenants include painters, glass blowers, graphic artists, illustrators etc.
