The Massachusetts Artists Leaders Coalition (MALC) has announced the upcoming 11th Annual Artists Under the Dome event which will take place at the Massachusetts State House’s Great Hall on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 from 9:30am to 2pm. It is a free event for Massachusetts artists working in all disciplines.
Last year, MALC inaugurated its “Champion of Artists Awards,” an annual award given at the Artists Under the Dome event. There will also be an afternoon panel discussing the findings from the state wide survey: “By Artists, For Artists,” which closes on November 1st. You can take the survey if you have not done so already.
The 2017 event is brought to you by The Massachusetts State Treasury, the Joint Committee on Tourism, Arts and Cultural Development, the Massachusetts Artists Leaders Coalition, the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development, the Massachusetts Cultural Council, and the State House’s Cultural Caucus. Register for this free event specifically for artists.
