Call for Arts and Culture Proposals MassHousing called the Tenant Assistance Program (TAP). Through this program affordable housing developments across the Commonwealth can enroll and gain access to a number of benefits, one of which is an allotment of resident engagement programs. Through the resident program benefit, enrolled sites have access to a curated list of programs that they select and then selected vendors go onsite to complete the program with residents. This includes programs in the categories of arts and culture, wellness, and education. Each year, they put out a Call for Presentations (CFP) for new vendors to join the program. There are some procedures that all vendors have to follow, but they are straightforward (i.e. background checks, standard paperwork and invoices, etc.) Vendors also have to commit to providing programs in a region (i.e. Northeast), as opposed to just a city/town. Interested applicants should review the guidelines and submit the application form to TAPresidentprograms@masshousing.com. There is also information about 2 informational sessions in the guidelines.
