Writers Fellowship Applications are now being accepted for the PEN Center USA Emerging Voices Fellowships. Fellowships of $1,000 each are given annually to emerging poets, fiction writers, and creative nonfiction writers who lack access to financial and creative support. Each fellow participates in an eight-month mentorship in Los Angeles with a professional writer, as well as classes at the UCLA Extension Writers’ Program, public readings, and other programming.
