Live Music at Logan

Mass Cultural Council is excited to work with Massport to develop a pilot program called Live Music at Logan. The project will connect local musicians with unique opportunities to showcase their talents to a global audience at Boston Logan International Airport, this Summer 2025.

The project is currently seeking solo acts who thrive in a busking setting and excel at captivating an ever-changing crowd. If you have a dynamic performance style and a history of engaging diverse audiences in lively public spaces, submit your interest for this paid performance opportunity.

To be part of this summer’s pilot performance series, apply by June 16, 2025.

The sets would be two hours. While we know there will be compensation, we do not yet know the exact details.

Thank you for your interest. This would be up to the booking organization and Massport, but our guess would be that no, artists will bring their own instruments.

To clarify, Mass Cultural Council is supporting this project but not administering the selection process. The booking organization selecting the music artists will eventually notify all applicants of their status. Applicants who are not selected will be kept on file by the booking organization. If the partnership continues past this summer’s pilot program, those applicants may be considered for future performance opportunities.

Hi, thanks for your interest. This summer’s series is a pilot program, but I know there is hope that the performances will continue beyond that. Either you or the artist are welcome to submit an application for future consideration: https://airtable.com/apposjOMdn2jRHZfG/shrlRL1P6KfV823w5
