Join a vibrant group of 50 artists at Humphreys Street Studios (HSS). HSS is a dynamic and expansive property at 11 Humphreys St., in the Uphams Corner neighborhood of Dorchester, MA

This is a basement, work only unit, approximately 450 sq ft. There are two rooms, plus a small iso-booth.
Rent starts at $720 and is subject to income verification. Rent includes heat and electric.
Parking is available on site, and in the neighborhood.

To apply, please send the following items to the property manager, Catherine Infantino catherine@newatlantic.net.
CV (evidence of recent body of work)
portfolio (or work samples)
a short writing on how you propose to use the space and how it would serve your needs as an artist
The tenant selection committee will review all applications and make a decision by the middle of February.
