Mass Cultural Council is honored to announce the 2020 Artist Fellowship awards in Choreography, Fiction/Creative Nonfiction, and Painting. Artist Residency The Fine Arts Work Center offers a unique residency for writers and visual artists in the crucial early stages of their careers.
