Greater Boston Playwrights The Huntington Theatre Company is accepting applications for the Huntington Playwriting Fellows Program. The program provides a framework for an in-depth two-year artistic conversation and a long-term professional relationship. Meetings will be held bi-weekly. Submit a recent, completed full-length play. To be eligible, writers must be live at least nine months of the year in the Greater Boston area. Learn more.

Documentary Filmmakers The Margaret Mead Film and Video Festival, the longest-running showcase for international documentaries in the United States, is currently accepting submissions in English or have English subtitles or voiceover narration. Learn more.

Underrepresented Voices Duende, the online literary journal of the BFA in Writing program at Goddard College, is open for submissions. Duende welcomes submissions of prose, poetry, hybrid writing, visual art, and collaborations. The journal especially encourages submissions by underrepresented voices, including writers and artists who are LGBT, of color, differently abled, immigrant, working class, youth, elder, and/or otherwise from communities underrepresented in U.S. literary magazines and journals.
