Call to Artists Entries are now being accepted for the Mass Audubon Moose Hill Gallery’s exhibit Leaves: Color, Cadence, & Texture (Oct 23-Jan 12). Artists are invited to submit up to five pieces, provide one (8″x10″) color print for each entry for judging purposes only. Any medium is acceptable. All prints must be labeled on the back with name, contact information, dimensions of framed work, title of piece and medium. Entry fee is $15. Provide a stamped return envelope to fit your artwork if you would like it returned. Submissions can be dropped off or mailed to: Jan Nareski Goba, 293 Moose Hill St, Sharon, MA 02067. Artist Residency The Millay Colony is currently accepting applications from visual artists, writers and composers for their residency program. The Millay Colony for the Arts offers one-month or two-week residencies to visual artists, composers and writers between the months of April and November. Residents artists get private rooms, studios and all meals during their stay at our pastoral campus. Learn more.

Project Support Proposals Robert Rauschenberg Foundation announced the launch of an open call for proposals for artists whose work intersects with activism. Up to $100,000 in project support and up to $10,000 in travel and research grants will be provided to artists and collectives working to address pressing challenges facing societies in the U.S. and beyond. Call to Artists The Cambridge Art Association is now accepting entries to Platinum, their 2014-2015 juried biennial exhibition. This year’s juror is Alise Upitis, The MIT List Visual Art Center, Public Art Curator. Learn more.

Residency Fellowships for Writers The Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown is currently accepting applications for fiction and poetry Fellowships. Open to writers in the emerging stages of their careers. Fellows may be citizens of any country. The Work Center awards residency fellowships to five poets and fiction fiction writers a year. Learn more.
