We heard some very fine news about a handful of former MCC Artist Fellows and Finalists: they’re featured in issue #74 of New American Paintings Magazine.
Dubbed as a juried exhibition-in-print of contemporary painting, New American Paintings Magazine is a visual resource of work from across the country. In this particular northeastern regional issue, William Stover, the Assistant Curator of Contemporary Art at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, has selected innovative, wide-ranging work by artists that include Meg Alexander (Drawing Finalist ’04), Hannah Barrett (Painting Fellow ’04), Andrew Haines (Painting Fellow ’00), Suzannah Sinclair (Painting Finalist ’04), Jill Slosburg-Ackerman (Drawing Fellow ’06), Laurel Sparks (Painting Fellow ’04), and Naoe Suzuki (Drawing Fellow ’06).
