Performing Artists The International Exchange for the Performing Arts (CINARS) is now accepting applications for their artist showcase. CINARS 2012 will take place in Montreal from November 12-18, 2012. As part of its official programming, they will present full-length showcases (90 minutes maximum), as well as excerpts (25 minutes) of shows in dance, music, theatre, and multidisciplinary arts.
