Call to Artists The James Library & Center for the Arts in Norwell, MA, has announced their Spring Juried Exhibition. Open to all mediums. All painting and drawing, media, sculpture, graphics, photography, ceramic, textiles, wood or metal work, and mixed media. *Works should generally not exceed 72 inches in any dimension or weigh more than 150 pounds. Call to Artists Entries are being accepted for the 2019 ArtsWorcester Biennial. The exhibition will be installed in ArtsWorcester’s new galleries in the Printers Building. Nick Capasso, Director of the Fitchburg Art Museum, will serve as the juror. The winner of the Sally Bishop Biennial Prize will receive a $1,000 cash award and a solo exhibition at the Worcester Art Museum during their 2019-20 season. Call to Artists/Muralists Born out of efforts to improve Hull’s sense of place, to create new economic opportunities, and to support existing businesses, the Town of Hull and Paragon Entertainment Ventures have come together to create Walls on the Water: Hull’s ArtWalk. The ArtWalk will re-establish a long forgotten, and overgrown, pedestrian access-way through the creation of an outdoor gallery space. Call to Artists Entries are currently being accepted for the 2019 Waterloo Arts (Cleveland, OH) Juried Exhibition. This will be the fifth year Waterloo Arts has held its international juried exhibition. In 2017, the exhibition expanded into three locations on Waterloo Road, Waterloo Arts, Brick Ceramic + Design, and Praxis Fiber Workshop, doubling the space that was dedicated to the juried exhibition.
