Call to Ceramic Artists Pots In Isolation; Ceramic Artists Respond To The COVID-19 Pandemic, A Virtual Exhibition. Any ceramic artist who has recently created work in reaction to the coronavirus, or inspired by issues related to the pandemic, is encouraged to submit up to five images of their work for inclusion in this on-line exhibition. There is no application fee for this exhibit. Please provide the following information with each submission: your name, your contact information, title, dimensions, date of completion, medium/techniques employed, a mercifully brief narrative of theme, imagery, source of inspiration, etc. (optional). This is not a sales event but contact information/artists’ web sites will, with participating artists’ approval, be linked to each image included in the display. Number of images: up to five. Image format: jpegs of compressed file size for submission, higher display-quality versions must be available for final selection. Exhibition format and dates: TBD. We are still in the initial stages of planning, and much will depend on the level of response to this call for entry, but we hope to have a display ready to go public by the end of June at the latest.
