Workspaces for creatives will be opening up starting in June at Station Street Studios in an historic commercial building in Brookline Village that hosts other group workspaces. Great natural light in a 2,300 sq ft group space. A few spaces available ranging from $250 to $950 per month, including all utilities, insurance, internet, shelf space, commercial sinks, kitchenette, inside bathroom and hand washing sink, heat and AC, trash and recycling, elevator and lobby access from Station Street, and direct 2nd floor access at back of building for easy load in and out. A 20” floor model French Tool etching press can be scheduled for use by members who are trained. Great location across from the Brookline Village T station. This is a non-toxic materials, low dust workspace. These spaces are modest in size and the building is not a warehouse type of structure, and instead has been used by innovative small businesses, art studios, or niche publishing/broadcasting for many years so shared spaces are the default with a few private spaces. One-year renewable license agreements with first and last month’s rent, plus a small fully returnable deposit for keys and cleanup at departure.
