There is a 30” x 60” Takach etching Press .The building has 24 hour access, with studio work time usually scheduled due to a few classes per week and other studio mates’ schedules. (currently 2 use the space)
The monthly rent is $217 and pro-rated insurance, which is about $260 per year. Heat and electricity are included.
