Emerging Writers Fellowships PEN Center USA’s Emerging Voices Fellowships is currently accepting submissions. The seven-month fellowships includes a stipend of $1,000 to emerging poets, fiction writers, and creative nonfiction writers who lack access to financial and creative support. Each fellow receives professional mentorship with an established writer in Los Angeles, attends courses at the UCLA Extension Writers’ Program, and takes part in public readings and other programming throughout the fellowship period.
