The deadline to apply for an Artadia fellowship is close at hand. They are still accepting applications for the Artadia Awards 2009 Boston from all visual artists living and working in metro Boston. Individual artists and collaboratives working in all media and at any point in their career are strongly encouraged to apply. The Arnold Arboretum (the home to the once beloved Corky) and Jamaica Plain Open Studios are hosting a juried group exhibition devoted to art inspired by the plants, landscape, and collections of the Arnold Arboretum, in conjunction with the Open Studios weekend.
