Festivals and Projects Grants Mass Cultural Council’s Festivals & Projects program offers grants of $2,500 that are available to nonprofits, festivals, municipalities, and businesses to support publicly-available cultural activities. Art Grant Reviewers Cambridge Arts is looking for people to help evaluate this year’s cultural grant applications. They are offering a $300 stipend to read applications and then attend one (virtual) grant panel meeting to work as a group to select grantees. Cambridge Arts is looking for panelists who represent the rich diversity of Cambridge’s communities. They encourage people who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ, women, and other dimensions of diversity to apply. This year’s grant categories are: Art for Social Justice, Local Cultural Council Grants, and Organizational Investment Grants. Find more information on our grant categories here. Holiday Small Works Show & Sale The Cultural Center of Cape Cod aims to create a unique “Cape Salon” of their own – with a feeling of seasonal celebration and community. They want to encourage people to collect art and for art to be seen as a perfect, unique gift – especially at this time of year. Call to Artists Hope & Feathers Framing and Gallery in Amhert hosts “The 11th Annual Small Works Show” A community event featuring small works in a wide variety of mediums all created by local artists. Artists of all levels are invited to participate. The exhibition opens December 1st, and can be viewed Monday – Friday 10-6 pm, Thursday 10-8 pm, and Saturday 10-4 pm until January 12th. Call to Artists B.J. Spoke Gallery is accepting entries for their EXPO 42 International Juried Competition. This will be a virtual show with a virtual reception on Zoom. Accepted media: all fine arts media are acceptable (no crafts): watercolor, oils, acrylic, mixed media, printmaking, pastel, drawing, collage, sculpture, installation art, video (short), photography, original digital art, fiber art. Artist will be allowed to submit up to 6 images and/or 2 videos. Submissions must be the original work of the artist. Wolf Kahn Foundation Grants The Wolf Kahn Foundation grants program funds a small number of 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that support artists, arts education, art for social justice, and environmental art.
