Cynthia Consentino and Joo Lee Kang are both featured in the exhibition Fantastical, Political at Fitchburg Art Museum (2/11-6/3).
Leigh Craven and Mariko Kusumoto are both exhibiting in Fiber and Glass at Bristol Art Museum in Rhode Island (2/9-2/25, reception 2/9, 6-8 PM).
Patrick Donnelly and Joy Ladin both have poems in the latest issue of Tikkun.
Andrea Sherrill Evans and Candice Smith Corby and are both exhibiting in Love Knots at Drive-By Projects (thru 3/17).
Samantha Fields co-curated (along with Jessica Burko) and exhibits work in STITCH: Syntax / Action / Reaction, part of the Curatorial Opportunity Program at the New Art Center (2/16-3/24, opening reception 2/16, 6-8 PM). The exhibition also features Andrew Mowbray and Bob Oppenheim, among numerous other artists. There will be a performance entitled Under Primping on Fridays 2-6 PM.

Elizabeth Alexander joins Charles Clary in the dual exhibition Skin Deep at the University of Northern Colorado Mariani Gallery (thru 3/30, artist talk 2/8, 5 PM). She’s also exhibiting in 12 x 12: 12 Artists from the 12th State at the Southeastern Center for Contemporary Art (2/1-4/22, opening reception 2/1, 6 PM).
Ben Berman reads at the New England Poetry Club “Members with New Books” event at Harvard-Yenching Library (2/6, 7 PM).
Jamie Cat Callan will discuss her new nonfiction book Parisian Charm School at events at the Boston French Cultural Center (2/7, 6:30 PM, tickets required) and Trident Booksellers and Café (2/8, 7 PM, in conversation with Daphne Kalotay). Read a recent review in the New York Times Book Review.
Patrick Donnelly reads in the Writers Read series at Lee Library (2/27, 5:30 PM). Patrick recently received the 2018 Amy Clampitt Residency Award.
Michael Dowling wrote the screenplay for the film Brave New Jersey. It is now available on Netflix.
Ken Field‘s performing group Revolutionary Snake Ensemble has its annual Mardi Gras performance at the Charles Hotel Regattabar in Cambridge (2/13, 7:30 PM).
Samantha Fields, along with opening STITCH at New Art Center (see above) has an interactive installation, Lineplay: taunt/slack, at Boston Children’s Museum (thru 3/18, reception 2/2, 6-8 PM). She also has work in Hard: Subversive Representation at the UMass Boston University Hall Gallery (thru 3/9, reception 2/15, 6-8 PM).
Patrick Gabridge will be artist-in-residence at Mt. Auburn Cemetery 2018-2019, where he will be creating new site-specific plays to be performed at Mt. Auburn. His play Chore Monkeys is performed at College of Charleston (thru 2/3), and his play Drift will be read at the Munroe Center for the Arts in Lexington, MA (2/3). Finally, his short play Beatrix Potter Must Die! is being produced at Barrington Stage in Pittsfield, MA (2/15-3/4).
Basia Goszczynska is participating in an Open Studios event at 1660 East New York Avenue in Brooklyn (2/11, 2-6 PM).
Brece Honeycutt has art in three exhibitions: 10 Artists / 10 Pieces at The Hotchkiss School Art Gallery in Lakeville, CT (thru 3/11); Matereality at Young Gallery in Great Barrington (thru 2/26); and Threads: Textile Collaborations at Drop, Forge & Tool in Hudson, NY (thru 2/25).
Joel Janowitz is exhibiting in Ink, Paper, Press: Mixit Print Studio at Soprafina Gallery (thru 2/26, 2/2, 5:30 PM).
Rachel Kadish will present a free fiction craft seminar, sponsored by the Lesley University MFA in Creative Writing Program (2/3, 10 AM).
Marky Kauffmann‘s photographic work Close Encounters received an Honorable Mention in Soho Photo Gallery International Krappy Kamera competition, which will have an exhibition in March. Two of her landscape images are part of Arts Connect at Catamount Arts in Vermont (thru 2/16). The exhibition she curated, Outspoken: Seven Women Photographers, continues at the Hess Gallery at Pine Manor College (thru 2/10). Read a review in Artscope Magazine and a feature article in Lenscratch. Next fall Outspoken will travel to the Tremaine Gallery at the Hotchkiss School in Lakeville, CT.

Gary Metras has a new book of poems, White Storm, published February 1, 2018.
Nathalie Miebach has a solo exhibition, Wet Weather in the Forecast, at the Central College Mills Gallery in Pella, IA (2/7-3/30). She’s also exhibiting in Revived, Reinvented: Basketry in America at Whatcom Museum in Bellingham, WA (2/2-5/5). She is giving an artist talk at Denison University in Granville, OH (2/6) and will be taking part in a two-day event entitled Here Be Dragons at MIT Media Lab (2/26 and 2/27), convening explorers, innovators, artists, scientists, and storytellers to identify the uncharted territories that still exist in ocean exploration and storytelling.
Rachel Perry has a solo exhibition, Color Copies: Bermuda, at Masterworks Museum in Southampton, Bermuda (thru 2/14). Read about the exhibition and the project behind it. Also, her solo exhibition Soundtrack to My Life exhibits at Yancey Richardson in New York (2/8-3/24, opening reception 2/8, 6-8 PM). The Museum of Fine Arts Boston recently acquired None of These Things is quite Like the Other, a print the artist created with Jim Stroud.

Stephen Tourlentes is among the photographers exhibiting in Prison Nation at Aperture Foundation in New York (2/7-3/7).
Cary Wolinsky and Yari Wolinsky’s documentary film Raise the Roof screens on PBS this month, including WGBX in Boston (2/11, 6 PM).
