The idea of "fine print" has been so ingrained in the minds of the American consumer that it should be put to good use here. Fine print could state that all electronic recording devices will become confiscated and rendered unto the property of the establishment or the artist whose work is being copied without prior consent. It would only take a few imbeciles to scream and yell about "my camera, my camera" to crush this problem forever.
