Competition is open to artists working in 2- and 3-dimensional mediums. Submission fee: $7 per image (artists can submit the unlimited number of images). Juror: NeoPopRealism creator Nadia Russ. Three winners will be selected and announced by Juror on January 30, 2009. Three winners will be interviewed by the NeoPopRealism Journal & Wonderpedia in February, 2009. Winners will receive the following Prizes: 1st - collectible glass plate with Nadia Russ' artwork on it, limited edition (1 of 7), estimated value $4,000; 2nd - $300 and series of coffee-table art books published by Europe leading publishers; 3rd - $100 and complimentary entry to the next NeoPopRealism Starz competition.
